4 Key Systems For Online Businesses

One of the main things that many of the incredible people in my courses and programs are working on is lead generation (and lead generation systems.)

I wanted to break this down a little bit...

All businesses need the following:

Traffic → Leads → Sales → Delivery/Fulfillment

Traffic: new eyes on your work

Leads: people with expressed interest in your work

Sales: people paying you for your work

Delivery: getting your goods and/or services to your paying people.

These four business areas are the heart of your business - they work together to keep your business thriving.

Ideally, each of these business areas has strategies and systems in place that are working for you.

They can be completely manual, semi-automated or fully automated.

They do not need to be fancy.

But they do need to work.

The degree to which these systems are in place, working together and continually optimized paints a pretty clear picture of how well a business is doing.

AND can quickly help pinpoint exactly what system needs the most love first.

It's often traffic and lead generation.

Not always but often.

A mistake I see people make is trying to create the biggest fanciest system for lead generation without figuring out the foundations first.

They focus on the mechanics of lead generation without the heart and soul of lead generation (relationship building).

→ What do the people you seek to serve truly need?

→ What do they need to know in order to know and understand about what you do and how you can help them?

My best lead generator (the Asana Mini Training) was born because I was doing discovery calls and, call after call, I had to explain and teach the same things over and over.

I learned what people struggle with the most with Asana BEFORE they're ready to work with me and so I made an asset (years ago) to help them and that asset is still helping people and working for my business to this day.

There are a million strategies that work but the best one is the one you'll stay the course with.

I have one client that is focused in on a LinkedIn to DM strategy.

Another client is implementing a Facebook Group strategy.

Another client is running ads to a lead magnet.

Another is using reels and stories on Instagram.

Two women in my group program Empowered Action do not have ANY social media accounts and are working on strategies and systems that don't involve social media.

They're all focused on a single strategy that feels good for them and staying the course.

Imagine how things could shift if you spent the next 90 days implementing an aligned lead generation strategy and creating the systems to support you.

If this is the kind of support you need right now, I’d love to hear from you.
